HOW DO I USE THE T&A LEGAL DEPARTMENT

We have designed VisaXPres™ and ConsultXPres™ to make it easy for you to see for which U.S. visas you might be eligible. The staff of the T&A legal department can confirm the results of VisaXPres™ using more detailed information, answer all the questions you may have and help make a difficult, tiring process, easy.

Our T&A Legal Staff is:

  • Knowledgeable;
  • Experienced;
  • Helpful;
  • Friendly;
  • Up-to-date on the law.

 Just follow the steps below and you are on your way to getting your American visa!

STEP I. USE VisaXPres™

A. What is VisaXPres™  ?

This is a list of statements designed to help you and the T&A legal staff determine for which visa you should apply.  It is the first step in determining your visa eligibility. You must fill it out completely. All you have to do is answer the statements.  Some you need to answer "yes" or "no" and some you will need to choose from a list of answers.  Any missing information will affect the determination for which visa you can apply. Please keep in mind that this only a rough determination.

B. Why Use VisaXPres™  ?

VisaXPres™ is FREE and is a quick and easy way for you to get an idea for which visas you qualify.  It only takes a few minutes of your time and gives you instant results!

STEP II. READ ABOUT YOUR VISA CATEGORY

Once you have completely answered all of the statements in your VisaXPres™ questionnaire, you can read up on the type(s) of visa(s) for which you may qualify. The information contained in the information pages for each visa type, is designed to give you an overview of what is entailed in applying for your visa. While the information is helpful, it is not a substitute for legal representation.  You may do it yourself based on the information you have learned from this web site or you can sign up for a consultation regarding your visa eligibility.  We suggest that if you are serious about getting your visa to come to America, you hire a qualified U.S. attorney or have a consultation with an experienced T&A staff attorney.    To have a consultation with an experienced T&A staff attorney, you may use ConsultXPres™ to both get a better understanding on your visa choices and to have any questions that you may have regarding your immigration status answered.

STEP III. USE ConsultXPres™

A. What Is ConsultXPres™  ?

ConsultXPres™ allows you to get information from a US Immigration attorney on your visa choices.  While VisaXPres™ allows you to see your visa possibilities, by using ConsultXPres™, the legal staff can completely analyze your case and make a final determination.  You will get a response on your consultation questions within 2 business days.  Once you have completed your consultation, you can retain the T&A legal staff to represent you in your case. A consultation does not mean that you have retained the T&A legal staff. To retain the T&A legal staff to represent you, follow the steps in RETAIN OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT.  Go to ConsultXPres™ to sign up for your consultation.  100% of the money you paid for your consultation, will be applied toward your retainer, if you hire T&A or its legal staff to represent you in your immigration application.

B. Why use ConsultXPres™  ?

ConsultXPres™ offers you a quick, easy and inexpensive way to get legal information on the best way for you to come to America.  It is a great way to consult with a U.S. attorney on your immigration questions.
