Inglewood, CA – Crash on W Century Blvd Results in Injuries
Los Angeles, CA (August 2, 2020) – A crash in South Los Angeles left at least one person injured on Saturday, according to reports. At approximately 12:50 p.m., on August 1, the Los Angeles Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West Century Boulevard.
Reports provided by authorities show that a white Chevrolet pickup truck and an older-model silver Mercedes sedan collided on West Century Boulevard at the intersection with Yukon Avenue South. The impact of the collision caused the white pickup truck to go off the side of the roadway near the entrance for a shopping center on Yukon Avenue. The silver sedan, which sustained extensive front end damages, came to rest off to the side of the intersection.
At least one person involved in this crash was injured. The injured victims were rendered aid at the scene and transported to an area hospital for further treatment and evaluation. At this time, the police are investigating the crash.
