Kern County, CA – Injuries Reported in Car Accident on CA-178
Kern County, CA (September 28, 2020) – An automobile accident in Kern County resulted in injuries. Just after 10 p.m., on September 25, the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an auto accident on California State Highway 178.
Reports from CHP show that a sedan and a pickup truck collided head-on on the California State Highway 178 near Willow Springs Creek.
The crash caused some traffic delays throughout the area as crews rendered aid and worked to clear the scene.
Medical personnel rendered treatment to all people involved in the accident at the scene. An unknown number of injured victims were transported from the crash site to local hospitals for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
