Sonora, CA – Several Injured in Car Crash on CA-49
Sonora, CA (November 1, 2020) – A vehicle collision in the Sonora area left several people injured on Friday afternoon, according to reports. At approximately 3:20 p.m., on October 30, the California Highway Patrol responded to the site of a crash on California State Highway 49.
Reports from authorities show that a vehicle was stopped at the intersection of California State Highway 49 and O’Hara Drive. As a vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto O’Hara Drive, it was struck by a second vehicle. The impact of the crash sent the two vehicles into two others at the intersection.
Several people involved in the crash were injured. All injured victims were transported to Adventist Health Sonora for the treatment of undisclosed injuries. At this time, investigations surrounding the crash are underway with the California Highway Patrol.
