Madera, CA – One Killed in Car Crash on CA-145
Madera, CA (December 21, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Madera area left two injured while claiming the life of a third victim. At around 12:40 p.m., on December 19, emergency crews were called to the site of a crash on California State Highway 145.
Reports from authorities show that a Chevrolet Cruise was traveling south on California State Highway 145 when it collided head-on with a 2000 Lexus. The impact of the crash caused the Chevy to burst into flames. The Lexus spun out along the roadway.
The Chevrolet Driver, 19-year-old Parminder Singh, and his passenger, identified as a 23-year-old, were both transported to Community Regional Medical Center for the treatment of injuries. The driver and passenger of the Lexus were also transported to Community Regional Medical Center. Authorities confirmed that the passenger in the Lexus later succumbed to their injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
