Bakersfield, CA – Juvenile Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Coffee Rd
Bakersfield, CA (January 11, 2021) – A motorcycle crash in the Bakersfield area on Sunday afternoon claimed the life of a juvenile while leaving a second person injured. Just after 1 p.m., on January 10, the Bakersfield Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on Coffee Road.
Reports from authorities show that an SUV collided with a westbound motorcycle at the intersection of Coffee Road and Hageman Road as the SUV driver attempted to make a left turn.
A juvenile on the motorcycle was fatally injured in the accident. The adult male driver of the vehicle was rushed to Kern Medical for the treatment of life-threatening injuries. No one in the SUV was injured. At this time, investigations are underway.
