Fresno, CA – Man Struck by FAX Utility Truck on W Shaw Ave Dies
Fresno, CA (January 20, 2021) – A man in his 50s has lost his life as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the Fresno area on Tuesday. On January 19, emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash on West Shaw Avenue.
Reports from authorities show that a man in his 50s was pushing a wheelchair on West Shaw Avenue when he was struck by the mirror of a FAX utility truck between Brawley Avenue and Marty Avenue.
The man sustained severe injuries as a result of the accident. The man was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center for the treatment of injuries. On January 20, the man passed away from his injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
