Stockton, CA – Pedestrian Killed on Interstate 5 at Downing Avenue
Stockton, CA (March 27, 2021) – One woman lost her life after she attempted to cross a freeway in Stockton and was hit by a car. The crash was reported to have taken place on Sunday, March 21 at around 7:00 a.m.
According to officials, a vehicle was headed north on I-5 when a pedestrian attempted to cross the roadway in its path. The female pedestrian was then hit by the car.
The driver who struck the woman stopped and waited for authorities to arrive.
