Bakersfield, CA – Pedestrian Killed on Taft Hwy at Erro Ranch Rd
Bakersfield, CA (July 15, 2021) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car in Bakersfield on the morning of Tuesday, July 13th.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place at about 9:35 a.m. on Highway 119, also known as Taft Highway, at the intersection for Erro Ranch Road.
Police reports show that the pedestrian, who has not yet been identified, was struck by said a gray Chevrolet Avalanche in the area. They were pronounced dead at the scene due to fatal injuries sustained during the crash.
The cause of the accident has not yet been determined.
