Stockton, CA – Woman Dead, Several Injured During Two-Car Wreck at Pershing Ave & Rose Marie Ln
Stockton, CA (August 4, 2021) – A person has died after an accident that occurred involving two cars in Stockton on Tuesday evening, August 3.
Officers with the Stockton Police Department say that the crash happened just before 10:00 p.m. near Pershing Avenue and Rose Marie Lane. The events leading up to the crash are still unclear, but several people from both vehicles were taken to the hospital via ambulance as a result.
One of the drivers later died from her injuries at the hospital, police say. No information about her identity, other than that she was an adult female, has been released.
Police say the occupants from the other vehicle suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and remain hospitalized at this time.
The investigation is ongoing, and nothing further has been reported by the police.
