Pedestrian Collisions in California
California pedestrian accidents happen at an alarming rate. Due to the high population and tourism rate in the Golden State, people walking and riding bikes are seen much more often than in some other states. Pedestrians are the most vulnerable travelers on the roadways at any given time due to the fact that they are completely unprotected. If involved in an accident, a pedestrian often suffers more severe and debilitating injuries than those who are hurt while riding in vehicles.
If you or someone you love has recently been injured in a California pedestrian crash, seeking the assistance of a pedestrian accident attorney in California can make a world of difference in your ability to recover. Depending on the circumstances of your accident, you could be eligible to collect significant financial compensation for your injuries and losses. Financial compensation can help cover things like lost wages, medical bills associated with your injuries, and more.
