Auto Accidents in California
Each year, hundreds of thousands of people are injured in auto collisions within the state of California. While many accidents cause only minor injuries to those involved, a significant percentage of accidents cause life-altering injuries, like brain trauma and spinal cord injuries, that require extensive medical treatment. These painful injuries have a detrimental effect on the health and wellbeing of victims.
Not only are these victims left to deal with pain and suffering, but the economic burdens that they and their families face are often considerable. Being forced to go through extensive medical treatment, months of physical therapy, and repeat surgeries can have stacking consequences on victims for many years after their accident.
As a result of the mental, physical, and financial repercussions victims face, courts throughout California provide victims with various legal remedies they can utilize to obtain financial compensation from at-fault parties.
