Pedestrian Wrongful Death Lawyer Fresno

Around 900 pedestrians are killed each year in traffic-related incidents in California. California’s pedestrian accident fatality rate is nearly 25% higher than the national average because of the dramatic increase in the number of people walking, running, and getting out on foot.

We continue to see more pedestrian deaths in our state regardless of how many steps we take to protect them.

Pedestrians are often struck by vehicles driven by distracted, impaired, or reckless drivers. While we can be vigilant to protect others on the road, there is no guarantee that other drivers will take our safety into account.

As a result, we see many fatal accidents in California that could have been avoided. The mental, physical, and financial challenges of an unexpected loss often overwhelm families affected by these accidents.
