Motorcycle Accidents in California
Motorcycle collisions cut short the lives of over 500 people each year. Another 14,000 motorcyclists are left to deal with intense pain and suffering from their injuries. Motorcyclists are fully vulnerable during accidents, which greatly increases their odds of severe injuries such as broken bones, brain injuries, and debilitating spinal cord injuries that demand extensive and pricey medical treatments.
Even worse, injured motorcyclists are often unable to return to work for several months or sometimes even years as they try to recover.
After you are hurt in a motorcycle accident, you will be contacted by insurance companies who want you to believe they are on your side but are only trying to convince you to agree to a lowball settlement offer.
Typically, insurance companies offer the minimum amount of compensation to accident victims as a way to encourage them to sign away their legal rights. This often stops victims from getting the full amount of compensation they need for medical treatment, lost wages, and various other costs they face from their accidents.
This is why it is important to reach out to a motorcycle accident attorney in Jurupa Valley as soon as possible. You may have options available to help you move forward after being harmed in an accident.
