San Jose DUI Attorney

Thousands of people sustain injuries each and every year throughout the state of California. Fortunately, numerous collisions result in only minor injuries for involved parties, however, a large percentage of crashes end in life-threatening or life-altering injuries, like brain trauma and spinal cord injuries. These usually always require extensive and costly medical treatment.

Injured victims’ lives are usually overwhelmingly impacted by these events. Their health and wellbeing are sometimes forever changed after their accidents, depending on the severity of the accident they were involved and injured in.  Not only are they left to deal with pain and suffering, but the financial burdens victims and their families face are often substantial. Having to go through extensive medical treatment, months of therapy, and repeat surgeries can have stacking consequences on victims for several years following their accidents.

As a result of the mental, physical, and financial consequences victims face, courts throughout California provide victims with various legal options that they can utilize to obtain compensation from at-fault parties. Filing a personal injury claim enables those harmed to collect full and fair compensation for medical treatment, long-term care costs, lost wages, and more.
