FRESNO, CA – The identity of the cyclist who passed away last week after being struck by a car close to Fresno State has been revealed.
The cyclist who was killed on Thursday, October 20 in the area of Bullard and Cedar avenues has been named as 32-year-old Joshua Brown by representatives of the Fresno County Coroner’s Office. Officers from the Fresno Police Department were summoned to the scene at around 7:00 a.m. when it was learned that a bicyclist had been struck by a car.
When the police arrived, they discovered Brown with severe wounds. Brown was taken to a nearby hospital where, according to authorities, he eventually passed away.
