Fresno, CA – Woman charged after hitting and killing Hoover student with car in Fresno
FRESNO, CA – Rashad Al-Hakim, a junior at Hoover High School, was killed in a crash on October 4 and Lisa Spoors, 39, has been charged with murder in connection with the incident by the Fresno County District Attorney’s office. According to a press release from the Fresno County District Attorney’s office, Spoors hit Al-Hakim before leaving the area and coming back 20 minutes later. There was captured video of the sobriety test conducted on Spoors the night of the incident.
We broke that news to Ragina Bell, Rashad Al-Hakim’s mother Thursday, and she said, “it’s not fair (Spoors) gets to spend the holidays with (their) family when I can’t spend them with my son.” She added that Spoors should turn themself in right away.
