San Jose, CA – Hoang Dang Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash at Capitol Expy & Senter Rd
San Jose, CA (August 16, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Wednesday, August 11 in San Jose. The wreck was reported at around 11:40 p.m. at the intersection of the Capitol Expressway and Senter Road.
The motorcyclist who lost their life was identified as 38-year-old Hoang Dang of Tracy, according to information from officials. Police in San Jose say that they were headed south on Senter Road on their 2007 Yamaha R6 when they collided with a 2007 Toyota Corolla headed east on the Capitol Expressway.
Dang was pronounced deceased at the scene. His death marked the 38th traffic fatality of the year for the city of San Jose. The driver of the Toyota remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities, reports show.
