Injured parties are often required to stay out of work for prolonged periods so they can recover successfully, furthering the financial burdens brought upon them by their accidents. Perhaps worst of all, when it comes to injuries, some of them can be permanent, forever reducing the quality of life that the victim was once used to.
When lives are lost due to negligent driver errors, family members are often left to deal with not only the painful loss of their loved one, but also perhaps outstanding medical bills, funeral costs, and other costs associated with their family member’s accident.
