Modesto, CA (January 27, 2022) – On Friday, a retired law enforcement officer, who was suspected of driving drunk, struck a Modesto woman’s car, causing her death.
The California Highway Patrol arrested 63-year-old Theodore Young, a retired Pleasanton police sergeant, on suspicion of murder and driving under the influence on Saturday.
