Stockton, CA – An accident on State Route 120 results in a fatality
STOCKTON, CA – A fatal truck crash was reported on SR-120 near Stockton on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Approximately 2:00 p.m., a tractor-trailer collided with a vehicle near Sexton Road and State Route 120.
An investigation revealed that a sedan collided with a big rig. Traffic officers reported major property damage in the crash. SR-120 traffic was diverted to Van Allen Road and Sexton Road by Escalon PD. A PG&E pole was damaged in the crash, but it was not leaning.
At least one party was killed in the big rig accident. Rodney Blanco, 67, of Sonora, has been identified as the deceased.
