Clovis, CA – A deputy is injured in a three-car collision, officials say
CLOVIS, CA – According to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, a Fresno County Sheriff’s officer was taken to the hospital after being hurt in a three-car crash in Clovis after midnight on Saturday.
According to authorities, the deputy was facing Nees when two vehicles traveling west on Nees crashed at the intersection of Willow and Nees. One vehicle was pushed north and struck the deputy’s car head-on.
After then, the deputy was taken to the hospital and soon after, released. One of the drivers, a 25-year-old woman, was arrested for DUI, according to Clovis Police. They learned that both of the involved drivers had been out earlier that evening.
