Tulare, CA (January 29, 2022) – According to the CHP, no arrests have been made after a pedestrian was struck and killed in Tulare on Tuesday.
An accident occurred shortly before 6:30 p.m. on the Bardsley Avenue ramp to Highway 99.
A man died at the scene after running directly into the path of a passing car. Investigators determined that drugs and alcohol had no role in the crash.
Only a 49-year-old Visalia man was identified as the pedestrian. His name has not yet been released.
