Fresno, CA – Two juveniles are transported to the hospital after being struck by a car
FRESNO, CA – According to Fresno Police, a car struck two young girls on Monday night. They received calls about a car hitting pedestrians on Fresno and Alluvial at 7:45 p.m. Three children, aged 11 to 13, were reportedly crossing the street in the eastbound lanes of Alluvial and Fresno before the girls were hit, according to the police.
The car had a green signal, according to the authorities, and the children did not have the right-of-way when they crossed the street. The two girls were then taken to a neighboring hospital, where it is uncertain what condition they are in, according to officials. According to officials, the driver and the third teen who wasn’t hit both remained at the site and cooperated with officers.
